GUI Manager

$100,000-$150,000 DOE

Phoenix company seeking a full time GUI Manager. Company is poised for growth and this is an immediate start.

Experience in establishing, planning, directing and implementing user interface design. You will be working on the product management team to design online user experiences. Additionally you will be designing and implementing common user interface standards, system usability guidelines, design guidelines, GUI prototypes, HTML page design and management and development methodologies.

A minimum of 7-10 years experience in UI field. required along with Bachelors Degree in relevant field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional management skills.

SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

$55 to $70K per year

• Test planning and test execution for Java/J2EE/Swing applications.
• Reviewing product specifications, creating test plans/cases, installing test environments, running test cases, reporting test results and working with alpha and beta products to gather and act on customer feedback.
• Finding defects as early as possible in the product development lifecycle and working closely with the product team to drive defects toward resolution.
• Working with a defect tracking system.
• Lead complex project from test planning to production launch.
• Packaging software products.
• Creation of new product documentation copy and content; edit and re-package existing content as required.
• Effective interface with the Engineering team – engage an efficient process to extract key content and gather feedback in initial copy.
• Enable documentation packaging and release process in coordination with product development and release cycles.
• As needed customer relations.

SR. JAVA DEVELOPER/ARCHITECT

$85 to $95k per year

Responsibilities:

• Designs, modifies, develops and tests innovative information technology based solutions.
• Supports customer oriented business applications as required.
• Participates in technical and peer review processes.
• As needed customer relations.
• Build scalable software solutions.

Requirements:

• Java Developer with Bachelors in CE or CS with related work experience.
• 5-7 Years of professional Java, Java Swing and Multithreaded programming development experience and 1-4 Years with OOAD experience.
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle process and Source Code Control.
• Experience in Java, JDBC, Hibernate, Spring Framework, SQL, Java Swing, JUnit test framework and XML.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

DRAFTERS (autoCAD)

$14 to $20 plus per hour

The basic function of the Drafter is to create CAD documents based on project specifications and company drawing standards, package deliverables and arrange for and/or deliver to the client. This position will perform all work as specified by company drawing standards.

• Documented background in Structural or Architecture draft/design
• Ability to communicate effectively with all external and internal contact
• Proven record of professional and business ethics
• Technical degree required
• At least 2 years experience creating CAD documents in a related design/engineering environment
• Advanced CAD Knowledge
• Ability to comprehend engineering plans and CAD drawings
• Basic working knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to document company procedures
• Moderate technical writing skills
• Ability to follow company procedures
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Available to work additional hours as required to accomplish company goals
